RadiSys Recognized for Leadership in IP Media Server Market by Market Research Firm Infonetics

HILLSBORO, OR — March 4, 2009 — RadiSys® Corporation (NASDAQ: RSYS), a leading global provider of advanced embedded solutions, today announced that it has again been named the market leader in media servers by premier market research firm Infonetics in its report, “Service Provider VoIP Equipment and Subscribers: Quarterly Worldwide Market Share and Forecasts.” RadiSys’ family of Convedia® media servers captured 52 percent of the total market for fourth quarter 2008 and 47 percent overall for calendar year 2008. RadiSys’ leadership in IP media server products and technology was driven by its growing global success and strong channel partners.
